Who we are

Ovation Realty Group is a commercial real estate entity founded by Steve F. Nalu. Steve is an experienced entrepreneur specializing in real estate development and retail operations. With a strong focus on building and maintaining business relationships, he has successfully grown businesses in various sectors, including retail gasoline, automotive care and towing services.  
 
Starting at a young age, Mr. Nalu managed and co-owned multiple retail gasoline stations in partnership with Marathon Oil Company and Shell Oil Company and later expanded into the automotive service industry with Interstate Auto Care. He also developed Town’s Mart, a multi-tenant retail center in Washington Township, Michigan, home to national brands like Tim Hortons, T-Mobile, and Subway.  
 
Currently, he is leading several upcoming retail developments in Washington Township, Ray Township, and Madison Heights under the banner of Ovation Realty Group.
