Town’s Mart Plaza
Established in 2007, Town’s Mart began with nothing more than an empty parcel off M53 Freeway and a dream. Over time, it became a thriving retail destination at the heart of Washington Township, Michigan. Designed and constructed from the ground up, the Town’s Mart Plaza features the full-service Town’s Mart Marathon Gas Station and four fully leased commercial units now occupied by Tim Hortons, Subway, T-Mobile, and a professional hair salon.
What began as a vision for a modern, high-traffic retail hub has grown into a long-standing cornerstone of local commerce, serving thousands of customers daily and housing nationally recognized tenants. Town’s Mart continues to embody the principles on which it was built: strategic development, enduring design, and a commitment to providing both value and vitality to the surrounding community.
Interstate Auto Care
Developed under the strong leadership of William Nalu, a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in the automotive industry, Interstate Auto Care stands as a benchmark for excellence in vehicle service and repair. This 7000 square foot, full-service facility has been proudly serving Southeast Michigan for more than 20 years, providing top-tier maintenance and repair solutions for drivers throughout Clawson, Troy, Madison Heights, and Sterling Heights.
Staffed by ASE Certified Master Technicians, Interstate delivers precision, transparency, and reliability at every step. The shop pairs technical expertise with customer convenience, offering complimentary loaner vehicles and a newly renovated, customer-focused waiting area for those requiring quick turnaround service.

Interstate Tire Center
Set to open in early 2026, this all-new facility will handle all the tire-related needs of Interstate customers. Featuring a 3200 square foot building on a half-acre property, this future business is well positioned to stay busy year-round. Stay tuned for more information in the near future!
Elite Auto Lab
This 3840 square foot, recently renovated building is home to the brand new Elite Auto Lab, an all-new auto detail and wrap shop ran by the young, up and coming Youtube star Ronnie Polous, better known as MotorTube. Located next to Interstate Auto Care and the future Interstate Tire Center as well as the busy commercial district of Oakland Mall in Madison Heights, MI, we expect great success from this new and exciting business. Key features of this half-acre property include 140 feet of frontage on 14 Mile Road and a 5300 square foot covered canopy.
